Peccatus Couture – inspired latex couture, corsetry and millinery

When you deal with latex fashion and at the same time try to write a professional and trust-worthy fashion blog, you’ll soon encounter resistance. Still the tightly fitting material is a provocation to many and is named “obscene”, e.g. by google. It’s not wished to make any announcements or adverts in that field. And this is despite the fact that Peccatus Couture is just another sensational example for high class latex fashion that neither needs to hide behind bigger labels nor needs to impress with showing too much skin. Peccatus Couture presents a symbiosis of finest material like lace, organza and feathers. With much passion for detail the tightly fitting pieces already make an amazing impression at first glance and flatter the silhouette of its wearer even with high-necked cuts.

Joana Pratas is the creative designer behind those unique pieces. A lot of love for gothic and, of course, her notorious passion for the stretchy material is what influenced her most and after a university program in arts it was just a matter of time until Peccatus Couture was finally born. When you find something you love you put a high amount of energy into your work. That’s what Joana does. There are no limits to imagination when it comes to covering bodies with her wonderful creations and inventing amazing outfits. The feeling of wearing a unique outfit on the red carpet compensates the hard work of creating it. Peccatus Couture enchants us with much creativity, opulence and lust. Lust for more uniqueness for every alter ego character and high fashion style icon!!
