First it’s London, second it’s Hamburg and then it will be the whole world. It truly is a sensation when a very popular London Fashion Label suddenly moves to Hamburg. Some might say… why Hamburg? Paris would be an alternative or New York, but going from London to Hamburg somehow seems like going from Milan to Gelsenkirchen. Of course, this move had a reason. InnerSanctum was taken over by a young new fashion label and, how do we call it, developed? Max Kuhl and Designer Nina Rademacher are leading the traditional label on their way and took it right to the hanse city. But not without leaving marks. The first collection of the “new” Inner Sanctum impressed by amazing retro influences and pin-up details. The dominating red color does the rest.

The moving of the label to Germany was a great benefit to our Latex Fashion industry and you should really be excited about the next collections of Inner Sanctum. Until then you can find the skin tight latex pieces at special fairs. The new collection will be presented by Hamburg’s most famous Burlesque beauty Curvy-Lilly….uhhh sorry…Leolilly – this time with less “leo” and more “CURVES” – and the also quite well-known model Sister Sinister. Of course, the decision of buying Inner Sanctum was not made in one night and many sleepless nights will still come for Max Kuhl, but after the successful launch of the first collection there is actually nothing in the way to a glorious future – after all his own little label Heveas Heaven has made him part of the latex fashion business since 2007 and gave him enough experience to know how it all goes down.

I find it kind of bold not still not to give up on the small label, since he instead kept it as a playground, that is used as a little sidekick of the bigger fashion giant. All of those who like to see more of the impressing collection of 2011 should dare a look at the well-known internet address or just take the chance of a personal visit on the next Hamburg shopping trip. 🙂
