The specialties Vienna hast o offer are globally known. The Viennes Schnitzel is has become a standard item on menus world-wide. The fact, that Vienna has much more too offer than the traditional preparation of a slice of veal, is perfectly proven by the corset manufactory of Royal Black Couture & Corset. For about six years this young label produces unique pieces and versatile collections under the direction of Barbara. She gains inspirations by her love to the Lolita and gothic scene. I myself can also see influences from Burlesque and Pin-Up. From extravagant diva dresses to elegant 40ies / 50ies-inspired fashion and opulent historic costumes to impressive corsets, handmade pieces are created with much passion for details and are regularly seen at fashion shows, photo lines and other events.

Highly cut corset dresses of brocade with buhrstone-crimp details as well as the beautiful tops that are decorated with rhinestones are of high quality and perfected in detail. Corsets belong to the masterpieces of the Viennese label, which offers a huge material variety and application and thus quite unique work. And then, there is this magic message the corset collections tell us: From the corset mini dress with embroidered organzas up to floor-long over-breast creations of heavy brocade with duchesse elements to a wide range of under-breast corsets, which will make every burlesque performance a glamorous success.

Next to their corset artwork this Viennese fashion label creates opulent unique pieces for special occasions: Rococo and lace dresses which are always the perfect choice for burlesque events.
